(Isaiah 45:18, KJV)
formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it
not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is
none else”.
Due to God’s divine nature, whatever he wills will be done exactly as
he wills it (Isaiah 55:11). Thus, Perfect Earth had oceans, lakes,
rivers, forests, and mountains more beautiful than any you have
ever seen on your travels or even in pictures. The beautiful animals,
birds, and fish were not the exact ones that you have in your less
than perfect world today, but many of them were similar.
Isaiah 45:18 gives God’s purpose for creating Earth. It may surprise
you to learn that the details of this original creation are not given in
the famous story of the six days of creation that are narrated in the
first chapter of Genesis. Instead, the next chronological creation
narrative begins in Genesis 2:4. It continues through to chapter 4 as
well as Genesis 6:1-7. These verses are the complete story of the
creation of Perfect Earth and its history.
